Through mindfulness, breathwork, and creative practices, we focus on deep relaxation, recognising stress patterns, and building awareness, creating space for sustainable growth and resilience.

With a background in topsports and 15 years of corporate experience, I use evidence-based methods that support both physical wellbeing and stress reduction.
