About me

I’m glad you’re here.

Meaningful change starts with awareness. I support individuals, teams, and organizations in better stress managamenet and in building resilience, calm, and focus through a practical, evidence-based, and people-centered approach.

With experience across different countries and cultures, combined with a background in both elite sports and corporate work, I pay close attention to the human side of every challenge. I understand how stress, chronic pain, performance pressure, and expectations can affect people in different ways.

My approach is warm and attentive, focusing on the individual. Together, we create space to slow down, gain insight, and foster lasting change.

What others say

“The MBSR training helped me become more aware of my own behavior. Through the meditations, I also became more in touch with my body and my feelings. I am now more present than I was before. Sara was kind and supportive throughout the training. I especially appreciated how she reflected on our experiences. I wholeheartedly recommend her and her services.”
