
Group breathwork: relax & regulate
A gentle reset for body and mind with breath and visualization.
Step out of “doing mode” and reconnect with your body. Let yourself to 'switch-off'. In these breath circles for relaxation and mindful breathing, you’ll learn simple breath techniques and exercises that help calm your nervous system and create more space, both in your mind and body.

We always work with respect for your boundaries and build gradually so your body and nervous system can fully relax.
Practical information
Location: various locations in the Utrecht region - Amersfoort, Driebergen and Soesterberg. Free parking (limited availability in Amersfoort).

Contraindications
This session is not suitable if you currently have, or have had in the past:

epilepsy

serious heart or vascular problems
-
severe psychological issues
-
or if you are pregnant
This is not due to physically demanding exercises, but because the breath circle takes place in a group setting, and certain experiences or backgrounds may require additional personal guidance.
If you are unsure whether this breath circle is suitable for you, please feel free to get in touch beforehand. We can then discuss together what is wise and appropriate for you at this time.
