Mindfulness-based training for organizations

With our mindfulness training for teams and organizations, we support sustainable change in stress management, focus, resilience, and personal development.

Sustainable employability, resilience, and workplace happiness

The training is based on the internationally recognized 8-week MBSR program (Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction) and has been specifically adapted for teams and organizations. Mindfulness is successfully applied by companies such as Google, Microsoft, Nike, and Shell, and scientific research shows it effectively reduces absenteeism, strengthens mental health, and boosts both individual and team performance.

A practical and experiential approach

This team training combines cognitive insights with experiential exercises. Sessions are structured and accessible: meditations start at three minutes and gradually increase to 20 minutes.

Participants are encouraged to practice at home, so mindfulness becomes integrated into daily work life, not just during the training. Everything is designed to be approachable, allowing participants to arrive at their own insights, which leads to lasting behavioral change.

The training can be combined with a deepening day or retreat at an inspiring location to further embed and consolidate the skills learned.

Tailor-made programs in co-creation

For more complex challenges in the areas of well-being, prevention, awareness, and organizational development, I collaborate with certified professionals in change management, systemic work, and leadership development.

Together with an international, culturally sensitive, and multilingual team, with experience in topsport and high-performance environments, I develop programs that are practical, effective, and inspiring. My collaboration partners have worked with organizations such as ING, LEGO, NautaDutilh, Quint, the Ministry of Defence, Cora, and Telindus.

I personally worked for four years at the Top Employers Institute, where I gained close insight into HR practices and best practices of leading organizations and how these are implemented in practice.
