About me

I’m glad you’re here.

Meaningful change starts with awareness. I support individuals, teams, and organizations in better stress managamenet and in building resilience, calm, and focus through a practical, evidence-based, and people-centered approach.

With experience across different countries and cultures, combined with a background in both elite sports and corporate work, I pay close attention to the human side of every challenge. I understand how stress, chronic pain, performance pressure, and expectations can affect people in different ways.

My approach is warm and attentive, focusing on the individual. Together, we create space to slow down, gain insight, and foster lasting change.
